The item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You need to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request Store Credit:

We will evaluate your return request and if it meets the eligibility criteria, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package back to us.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria, we will issue you a coupon code equivalent to the store credit amount.

You can use this coupon code during your next purchase to avail the store credit.

If you send back an item without going through the return request process first, it will not be eligible for store credit or any other form of refund. We want to ensure that we can efficiently process your return and provide you with the best possible service.

This may involve issuing a refund for the affected item or providing you with a replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.

We will cover the return shipping costs in such situations.
