Exchange policy

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us with your order details within 48 hours of you receiving your order. We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We will offer store credit for any unused and undamaged products in its original packing which will be valid for a period of 100 days from the date of issue. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Return of such product should be initiated and received by Yellow Kurti within 7 days for orders within India and 12 days for orders outside India. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customers. Exchange of products bought during SALE period will be permitted during the same SALE period only.Products purchased in Clearance are strictly NOT eligible for Exchange and Returns.Customised products, Kurtis after alterations(either done by you or by us for you), kids wear, hosiery(leggings), accessories – CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
